I’m a Senior UX Consultant with over 20 years of experience helping organisations improve digital products and create better outcomes for both users and businesses.
I lead UX work that simplifies complex journeys and improves performance. My approach is evidence-led: I use analytics, user research and usability testing to find the real friction, not just the surface symptoms. I work closely with product, design and engineering teams to understand different perspectives, build alignment and solve problems together, because the best outcomes come from open collaboration, shared ownership and balancing user, business and technical needs. I bring a strategic eye to every project, which means I can have honest conversations with commercial and engineering teams about what will actually work, and I regularly find opportunities to improve outcomes beyond the original scope.
Accessibility has been part of how I work since the beginning of my career. At Three I partnered with a colleague who is legally blind to identify and resolve issues across the site I wouldn’t have spotted on my own, and I recently completed the Interaction Design Foundation’s How to Design for All course.
I work well in contract environments, coming into complex organisations quickly and contributing without needing a long runway. Following the Three and Vodafone merger I’m now looking for my next senior or lead contract role.
